Traci is the owner/operator of Sweet Peas, established in 2015. She balances her time in the office and working directly with the children in the program. After graduating from ECE, Traci went on to complete her B.A. in child and youth care and now has over 20 years of experience working in the childcare field. After having her twins, Traci decided to stay home with them and work towards her dream of having her own infant/toddler centre!
